World AIDS Day – HIV Testing with the Columbia Housing Authority

In collaboration with the Columbia County Housing Authority, we will be offering free HIV Testing in two of their neighborhoods on Monday, November 29th in honor of World AIDS Day:

1. Gateway Villas I near the front office from 11 AM to 1 PM

2. Gateway Villas III from 2 PM to 4 PM

Address: 475 NW Sago Glen, Lake City, Florida  32055
